contact forms & automation (tally & webhooks)
we use tally (tally BV, belgium) for our contact forms. if you send us an inquiry, your details (name, e-mail, message) are transferred via encrypted webhooks to our backend (google cloud run). the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract initiation). data is deleted once the inquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligation exists.

Für Kontaktformulare nutzen wir Tally (Tally BV, Belgien). Wenn du uns eine Anfrage sendest, werden deine Angaben (Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Nachricht) über verschlüsselte Webhooks an unser Backend (Google Cloud Run) übertragen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragsanbahnung). Die Daten werden gelöscht, sobald die Anfrage abschließend bearbeitet ist und keine gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht besteht.
backend & storage (google cloud & drive)
our backend is hosted on google cloud run (region: europe-west1). customer data, uploaded RAW photo material and project files are stored in google workspace and google drive. a data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded with google pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. project data is deleted after project completion and expiry of statutory retention periods (max. 10 years).

Projektdaten werden nach Abschluss des Projekts und Ablauf gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungsfristen (max. 10 Jahre) gelöscht.

AI-assisted processing & image editing (chatgpt, gemini, openart)
as an AI product content creator, we use professional AI tools for conceptual work (e.g. chatgpt by openai, USA; gemini by google, USA) and specialised image generation platforms (e.g. openart) to process your visual material. when you provide us with RAW photo material for editing, this material is uploaded to openart for processing. conceptual tools are configured so that no entered data is used to train AI models. the use of chatgpt (openai, USA) and gemini (google, USA) may involve data transfers to third countries outside the EU. transfers are based on EU standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR. the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. no personal identifiers are used in the conceptual generation process.

Als AI Product Content Creator nutzen wir professionelle KI-Tools für konzeptionelle Arbeiten (z. B. ChatGPT von OpenAI, USA; Gemini von Google, USA) sowie spezialisierte Bildgenerierungsplattformen (z. B. OpenArt) zur Verarbeitung deines visuellen Materials. Wenn du uns RAW-Fotomaterial zur Bearbeitung bereitstellst, wird dieses für die Verarbeitung zu OpenArt hochgeladen. Die konzeptionellen Tools sind so konfiguriert, dass eingegebene Daten nicht für das Training von KI-Modellen verwendet werden. Bei der Nutzung von ChatGPT (OpenAI, USA) und Gemini (Google, USA) kann es zu einer Datenübertragung in Drittstaaten außerhalb der EU kommen. Die Übertragung erfolgt auf Basis von EU-Standardvertragsklauseln gemäß Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c DSGVO. Rechtsgrundlage der Verarbeitung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Persönliche Identifikationsmerkmale werden im konzeptionellen Erstellungsprozess nicht verarbeitet.
